Ford FREE FunDays at The New Detroit Science Center begin on July 31, 2005. A great opportunity to celebrate science in Detroit. We hope to see you there! Here's some additional information:
General Admission will be free for up to 2 adults and 4 children per party. Bring a couple of parties, why not?

The first "Ford FREE FunDay" will be on Sunday, July 31, 2005 from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. but the festivities begin on Thursday, July 28, 2005. Plans for the four-day celebration of family learning include:

Thursday, July 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. General Admission up to 2 adults and up to 4 children will be free.

Friday, July 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. admission to the Dassault Systèmes Planetarium with paid General Admission will be free.

Saturday, July 30 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. admission to the "Amazing Music Studio" special exhibit will be free with paid General Admission and there will be a free Summer Science Concert Series performance by Candy Band.

On Sunday, July 31, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Ford FREE FunDay featuring special prizes and free General Admission for families will be the order of the day.

So Detroit, enjoy some culture, some science, and your city! Not a bad deal indeed, especially for the kids. One of our members visited the Science Center recently and was amazed at how much it has changed over the last few years. See it for yourself, and kids, get your mom and dad to take you to the IMAX theater :)
