"She’s got everything delightful, she’s got everything I need"

"Sunshine, daydream, walking in the tall trees, going where the wind goes,
Blooming like a red rose, breathing more freely,
Ride our singin', I'll walk you in the morning sunshine,
Sunshine, daydream. Sunshine, daydream. Walking in the sunshine."

With Spring just around the corner, I thought these lyrics represent how much I'm looking forward to it!

And that means it's time to start hitting the streets and alley ways to help clean up the city once again. We cannot rely on Kwame and his once a year Motor City Makeover...although it is a start. DetroitBazaar wants to gather more volunteers and atleast make this a bi-monthly event. Perhaps we should take a poll and vote on what certain areas of the city need our attention? So if any of you have suggestions or would like to get together to discuss putting together some teams to take on different neighborhoods, please get in touch with us and let's make it happen. Now that the Superbowl is over, let's show the city, the suburbs and the world that the citizens of Detroit really do want to make a difference. Let's stand up and make a real change, not just the temporary changes like during the All Star events and the Superbowl. I am looking forward to hearing from any and all of you that are interested in joining our revolution.

Peace to you and for the City of Detroit!
