Today is election day...no matter where you are you or what city you live in, you have a civic duty to get out and vote on whatever issue(s) there may be. If you don't vote, then you can't complain about what may lie ahead. Remember that voting is our right, a privilage and a benefit given to us.

I'm hearing rumblings of a recount. The total disregard of the voters in the city is an outrage. Hope your trip is good but something has to be done about this nonsense we call voting in our cities. Hopefully, the recount happens, regardless of who ultimately comes out on top. Kwame, Freman, the council candidates, and most importantly the people deserve the RIGHT to vote efficiently and have their votes count. Our peaceful revolution must take this into consideration or we face a more radical brand of justice. Let's hope the "leaders" are listening and not catering to their respective mafias. Detroit shall rise from the ashes only if every soul has a place in its direction and not in a long line of dissatisfaction. What you say DetroitBazaar!

Yeah, the state has taken the ballots from the city but tells us they keep it within city limits. What do you say Detroit? A recall might be called for but can't we find a way to satisfy it ourselves? I'm all for local control as you may have noticed. Let's make sure this counts. Let's get down there and up there and tell them what time it really is ok? Peace to you and Detroit!
What do you say we get the papers, tv stations, and Kwame out there with the orange gloves to clean up? It might do them some good since they preach rather than do! This is an "all out call out" to all of Detroit to join us in a revolution that can change our city in a positive way forever. Keep those eyes open. Let Detroit shine in the the sun!
